I have prism+ airconditioner, prism+ tv and recently purchased prism+ symphony. I hope to win the lucky draw as a prism+ supporter!
The soundbar originally is unable to project sound when it’s connected to the TV, but it can play when paired via Bluetooth to my mobile. Contacted Prism support team and Mina is very helpful to offer assistance. Though not resolved through Prism team, managed to figure the issue related to the setting. The soundbar is now playing fine but I need to turn the volume almost to the max as it’s rather soft. 😊 overall a good experience with Prism.
This soundbar is superb!! both sound and look.
